INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM

The SBO Instructional Program is for Boys and Girls in First and Second. Grade.  It focuses on the fundamentals of the game, passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense.  Stations are setup for each of the areas and players are rotated through them.  As the sessions advance instructional games will be setup that reinforce the fundamentals that have been learned.

The sessions are once per week for approximately one hour and 15 minutes.  They are on Saturday mornings at t Salem High School gyms and run from the first week of January until the mid-February.

There are one session time (9:15-10:30)  and your child would be assigned to one of them based on which school he/she attends.

There are no practices during the week for this program.

All players will be contacted the week prior to the start of this program and given their session time.
